Lance, a proud native of Blythewood, SC, began his real estate journey in 2004 with David Weekley Homes, where he gained invaluable experience in construction and development. His commitment to excellence has been recognized with the prestigious President’s Council Annual Award, which he has received eight times!
Outside the office, Lance enjoys a fulfilling personal life with his wife, Jennifer, and daughter, RileyAnn. He is passionate about golf, loves to travel to the beach, and is a self-proclaimed wannabe pitmaster, always eager to use his smoker!
